Missile Strike at Shajareh Tayyebeh School Minab
The 28 February 2026 attack on Shajareh Tayyebeh Primary School in Minab, Iran, killed more than 100 children and up to 170 civilians during school hours. According to findings documented the school was a clearly civilian site with no verified military presence.

Attack on IRIS Dena
IRIS Dena was returning from the International Fleet Review 2026 and the multinational MILAN-26 exercise, both hosted by the Indian Navy at Visakhapatnam from 15 to 25 February 2026. On the early morning of 4 March 2026, the Iranian Navy frigate IRIS Dena (F-75), a Moudge-class light frigate of the Islamic Republic of Iran Navy (IRIN) Southern Fleet, was struck by a torpedo and sank in international waters of the Indian Ocean, approximately 19 nautical miles (35 km) south of Galle, Sri Lanka. A U.S. Navy nuclear-powered fast-attack submarine fired the weapon.

Airstrikes Targeting the Building of the Secretariat of the Assembly of Experts, Qom
Israeli airstrikes targeted the building of the Secretariat of the Assembly of Experts located in nearby a residential area next to Resalat Square in Qom. In addition to the heavy damage to the building, a number of nearby residential buildings suffered damage.

Strike on Shohada-ye Khalij-e Fars Educational & Medical Center, Bushehr
The Shohada-ye Khalij-e Fars Educational & Medical Center in Bushehr, the province's main public teaching hospital, sustained severe damage from multiple missile and bomb strikes during the US-Israeli military campaign, forcing its complete and immediate shutdown. Children were being treated in the pediatric ward at the time of the attack.

Missile Attacks on Sarabeleh Residential Area, Chardavol, Ilam
According to the Governor of Chardavol, majority of the martyrs and wounded in these attacks were civilians including local businessmen and ordinary citizens.

Airstrike at Azarshahr Post Office
During the Ramadan War, an airstrike struck the Azarshahr Post Office in East Azerbaijan Province, killing postal worker Mahdi Mousapour while he was on duty. He was one of at least six civilians killed in the Azarshahr and Ajabshir districts in the same wave of attacks attributed to US-Israeli forces.

Damage to Golestan Palace UNESCO World Heritage Site
On the night of March 1–2, 2026, US-Israeli strikes on Arg Square in central Tehran caused severe blast-wave and shrapnel damage to Golestan Palace — Tehran's only UNESCO World Heritage Site. The 400-year-old palace's orsi windows, wooden doors, mirrored ceilings, the Hall of the Marble Throne, and decorative glasswork were destroyed or badly damaged. UNESCO, Iran's Ministry of Cultural Heritage, and international heritage bodies condemned the attack as a violation of the 1954 Hague Convention.

Strike on Gandhi Hospital — Tehran
On March 1, 2026, US-Israeli strikes struck the vicinity of Gandhi Hospital in northern Tehran, causing severe structural damage to the facility's neonatal ward and IVF centre. Nurses were filmed evacuating newborns under fire. Iranian authorities and international bodies described the attack as a violation of international humanitarian law.

Strike on Residential Buildings, Jajarudi Street, Resalat
On 9 Esfand 1404 (28 February 2026), the opening day of the Ramadan War, missiles struck residential apartment blocks on Jajarudi Street in the Resalat district of eastern Tehran. Two 20-unit buildings were completely destroyed, killing and trapping dozens of civilians under rubble. Among the confirmed dead were twelve members of a single extended family. Red Crescent rescue teams described the scene as entirely civilian with no military presence.

Missile Strike on Shahid Naimi Sports Hall, Lamerd
On 28 February 2026 (9 Esfand 1404), a missile struck the Shahid Naimi Sports Hall in Lamerd, Fars Province, while children attended sports classes. At least 21 civilians were killed, including students, a physical education teacher, and residents of an adjacent neighborhood. The attack has been described by Iranian authorities and international weapons analysts as involving the US-made PrSM ballistic missile — deployed in combat for the first time.

Strike near Imam Reza School in Abyek

Drone Strike on Patient-Transporting Ambulance, Shariati Street, Najafabad
On the evening of 22 June 2025 (Day 11 of the Twelve-Day War), an Israeli drone struck an ambulance on Shariati Street near Shahid Montazeri Hospital in Najafabad, Isfahan Province. The ambulance was actively transferring a patient to hospital when it was hit. All three occupants — the driver, the patient, and the patient's companion — were killed. The force of the strike caused the ambulance to veer off the road and collide with a passing vehicle. The attack was condemned by local officials as an inhumane act targeting civilian medical services.

Attack on the Red Crescent Society Peace Building, Tehran
On June 17, various areas of Tehran, including the Red Crescent, were attacked, causing damage. These attacks resulted in the martyrdom of a large number of civilians. The Red Crescent building was listed on the confirmed list of targets attacked in Tehran

Missile attack on area adjacent to Farabi Hospital, Kermanshah
At approximately 09:00 on 26 Khordad 1404 (16 June 2025), the fourth day of the Twelve-Day War, an Israeli missile struck a workshop district in Kermanshah. The resulting blast wave caused severe damage to the adjacent Farabi Hospital, shattering windows, destroying medical equipment, and injuring hospitalized patients. The Mega ICU ward was specifically cited as sustaining serious damage. Teams were dispatched immediately. The Deputy Governor stated the hospital would return to service within 48 hours.

Airstrike on 5-Story Residential Building, Sabounchi Street, Sohrevardi neighborhood
On 25 Khordad 1404 (15 June 2025), the third day of the Twelve-Day War, an Israeli strike hit a 5-story residential building on Sabounchi Street in Tehran. At least 5 people were killed and 25 residents were pulled out alive from the rubble by firefighters and rescue teams. The building suffered severe damage throughout.

Strikes on Meidan-e Quds (Tajrish Square), Northern Tehran
On the afternoon of Sunday 25 Khordad 1404 (15 June 2025), two air-launched munitions struck Meidan-e Quds in the Tajrish neighbourhood of northern Tehran. At least 12 civilians were killed — including a pregnant woman — and approximately 59 were injured.

Following the Israeli attack on Iran on Saturday evening, June 14, Phase 14 of the South Pars gas field and the Fajr Jam gas refinery were targeted. The attack is said to have been carried out by drones

Airstrike on Shahran Oil Depot, Tehran
On June 14, two oil depots in the north and south of Tehran were targeted by Israeli attacks. Together, the two depots supplied 6 percent of the capital's fuel. Images showed thick black smoke covering the sky northwestern and southern Tehran after the missiles hit

Missile Strike on Farda Motors Automotive Factory, Borujerd
On 14 June 2025, Israeli forces struck the Farda Motors car manufacturing facility in Borujerd, Lorestan Province, during the Twelve-Day War. The midday strike killed at least 2 workers on the production floor and injured 33 others, triggering a large fire that engulfed multiple production halls. A company official explicitly stated the factory had no military or defense affiliation.
