Strikes on Mahshahr Special Petrochemical Economic Zone
On 15 Farvardin 1405 (April 4, 2026) — the first working day after Nowruz — air strikes struck the Mahshahr Special Petrochemical Economic Zone and Bandar Imam Khomeini in Khuzestan Province. Six workers at Fajr Energy 1 and 2 were killed and 19 others were injured across multiple complexes. The strikes knocked out power and water supply for 19 downstream petrochemical complexes and 500,000 residents of the region. Netanyahu explicitly claimed responsibility.

Strike on Eynali Recreational Park, Tabriz
Eynali Recreational park in North Tabriz, the largest woodland park in Iran, was reported to have been significantly damaged by an airstrike conducted in the late hours of the afternoon on 3 April 2026.

Drone Strike on Iranian Red Crescent Aid Warehouse
At approximately 05:30 on the morning of 3 April 2026, a drone strike directly struck the Iranian Red Crescent Society's emergency relief warehouse in Choghadak, Bushehr Province. Two wheeled relief containers, a bus, and an emergency vehicle were completely destroyed. The IRCS confirmed the facility had exclusively humanitarian use and no military function. The attack came as the IFRC — the only humanitarian organisation with a nationwide presence in wartime Iran — had already lost three staff members to hostilities.

Missile Strike on B1 Bridge, Karaj (Azimiyeh)

Airstrike at Hosseiniyeh-Azam, Zanjan

On 29 March 2026, an airstrike hit a residential zone in the village of Osmavandan, Shaft County, Gilan Province, Iran. The attack killed six civilians, completely destroyed 6 homes, severely damaged 32 residential units and 33 households.

Missile attack on Sizdah Aban residential area, Shahr-e Ray
Numerous apartment buildings in the 'Sizdah [13] Aban' residential area of Shahr-e Ray sustained severe damage from early morning airstrikes, with destruction extending to a radius of roughly 150 meters from the impact site, killing 13 civilians.

Strike on Pardisan Residential District, Qom

Strike on Mobarakeh Steel Company
On March 27, 2026, US-Israeli airstrikes struck the Mobarakeh Steel Company complex in Isfahan province, Iran's largest steel producer during working hours, killing one worker and injuring 16 others. Attack on Gouyom Electrical Substation, Fars
Electrical substation in Shiraz was reportedly struck during the evening hours of the first day of the Persian New Year holidays. Emergency and operational response teams, including regional electricity authorities, firefighters, law enforcement personnel, and utility workers, were deployed to the site following the incident.

Attack on Residential Area, Dastak, Gilan
At around 3:45 AM, on March 21, 2026, a projectile hit a residential area in the village of Dastak, Kiashahr, Gilan province, completely destroyed a residential villa. The head of the Gilan Red Crescent announced the discovery of bodies of two civilians while clearing debris from a residential villa in the aforementioned village, which had been destroyed by a projectile.
