Strike Near Gandhi Hospital, Tehran
On March 1, 2026, US-Israeli strikes struck the vicinity of Gandhi Hospital in northern Tehran, causing severe structural damage to the facility's neonatal ward and IVF centre. The force of the strike caused the ambulance to veer off the road and collide with a passing vehicle. The attack was condemned by local officials as an inhumane act targeting civilian medical services.

Strike Near Farabi Hospital, Kermanshah
At approximately 09:00 on 26 Khordad 1404 (16 June 2025), the fourth day of the Twelve-Day War, an Israeli missile struck a workshop district in Kermanshah. The resulting blast wave caused severe damage to the adjacent Farabi Hospital, shattering windows, destroying medical equipment, and injuring hospitalized patients. The Mega ICU ward was specifically cited as sustaining serious damage. Teams were dispatched immediately. The Deputy Governor stated the hospital would return to service within 48 hours.
