Missile strike on 'Abraar and Ahraar' Center in Mohammadabad city, Jarqaviyeh County

A missile released from a fighter jet shortly after 07:30 local time struck a civilian facility killing 4 elderly civilians who had gathered for their regular Quran recitals at the "Abraar and Ahraar" Center. Another 10 civilians were injured in this attack. CCTV footage recorded from nearby buildings show the moments before and after the missile landed on the civilian facility.

Strike Near Imam Ali Square, Bushehr

On 8 March 2026, US-Israeli strike near Imam Ali Square in central Bushehr , wounding multiple civilians. At least one civilian died from her injuries.

Strike Near Emergency Medical Services (EMS 115) Building in Rumeshkan

On March 8, 2026, an Israeli-U.S. strike damaged the Emergency Medical Services (EMS 115) building in Rumeshkan County, Lorestan Province.

Strike near Falak-ol-Aflak Castle, Khorramabad

On March 8, 2026, approximately 15 missiles reportedly struck the area around Falak-ol-Aflak Castle in Khorramabad, damaging the castle complex, museum facilities, surrounding heritage buildings, and the provincial cultural heritage administration. The site had reportedly been marked with the Blue Shield protective emblem.

Strike Near Imam Khomeini Hospital, Chegeni County

On March 8, 2026, an Israeli-U.S. strike damaged Imam Khomeini Hospital in the city of Sarab-e Dowreh, Chegeni County, causing serious damage to the medical facility.

Strike on Arefeh Girls’ Middle School, Khomein

On March 8, 2026, Arefeh Girls’ Middle School in Khomein, Markazi Province, was damaged in attacks by U.S.-Israeli forces. The school, which is located next to Shaghayeq Elementary School, was subsequently described by the Markazi provincial school-renovation authority as completely destroyed. The attack killed two civilians, a female passerby and a shopkeeper, and injured five others, all treated as outpatients.

Strike on Urmia University, West Azerbaijan

On March 8, 2026, missile strikes damaged multiple buildings and facilities at the University of Urmia. The affected sites included buildings in the Science and Technology Campus and the Specialized Veterinary Hospital Campus. No university personnel were reported injured. The university later estimated the damage to 13 buildings at approximately 170–180 billion tomans (roughly $1 million).

Strike Near a Hospital, Salas-e Babajani

On March 3, 2026, at approximately 10:00 a.m., the Salas-e Babajani field hospital in Salas-e Babajani County, Kermanshah Province, was struck in attacks attributed by Iranian sources to the United States and Israel. The field hospital was reportedly completely destroyed. Patients had been evacuated before the attack and were transferred to Javanrud Hospital. The hospital housed emergency, dialysis, and inpatient departments for internal medicine and pediatrics. Iranian officials reported that a number of patients and civilians were injured.

Second Airstrike on Shahran Oil Depot, Tehran

On the night of 7–8 March 2026 (16 Esfand 1404), Israeli warplanes struck the Shahran oil depot in northwest Tehran. At least 4 civilian workers — including two fuel tanker drivers — were killed. The resulting fires engulfed the depot for hours, spreading thick toxic smoke across the 10-million-person capital and causing oil to leak directly into residential streets. Human Rights Watch and Iranian environmental authorities described the attack as a potential war crime with long-term health consequences for millions of civilians.

Second Strike on Shahr-e Rey Oil Depot

The Shahr-e Rey Oil Depot in southern Tehran was targeted in an Israeli airstrike on March 7, 2026. The attack damaged oil storage infrastructure and resulted in a prolonged fire and heavy smoke. Satellite imagery analyzed by Human Rights Watch showed extensive damage to oil storage tanks at the depot, with a large black smoke plume extending northward toward densely populated areas of Tehran. HRW assessed that the foreseeable environmental and health consequences of the March 7 attacks on Tehran-area oil depots likely amount to war crimes.

Strike Near Bahman Cultural Center and Bahman Book City

On March 7, 2026, an attack on a target near Bahman Cultural Center in southern Tehran caused indirect blast damage to the cultural center and the nearby Bahman Book City. Two bombs struck near the bookstore, destroying large sections of its walls and damaging its building, windows, doors, display windows, and merchandise. The Bahman Cultural Center also sustained damage. No casualties were reported.

Strike on Aqdasiyeh Oil Depot

The Aqdasiyeh Oil Depot in northeastern Tehran was struck on March 7, 2026. The attack caused a major fire and damaged seven fuel-storage tanks. Smoke and pollutants from the burning petroleum products spread across Tehran, with satellite imagery showing that the fire continued at the site for days after the attack. The incident formed part of a broader series of strikes on Tehran-area fuel-storage infrastructure that generated significant documented environmental and public-health concerns.

Strike on Fardis Oil Depot

On March 7, 2026, an Israeli airstrike targeted the Fardis Oil Depot in Karaj, killing six people and injuring 21, including civilians and residents living near the facility. The attack damaged at least 13 oil-storage tanks and caused extensive secondary damage, including the destruction or damage of a dialysis center, two schools, and approximately 100 residential and commercial units. The resulting fires also generated significant smoke and pollution, with documented and modeled impacts extending beyond the immediate target area.

Strike on Kuhak Oil Depot, Tehran

Strike Near Shahid Hamedani Elementary School, Tehran

On March 6, 2026, Shahid Hamedani Elementary School, a boys' elementary school in Tehran's District 7, was struck during U.S.-Israeli attacks on Iran. The school, located near Niloufar Square, sustained approximately 90% damage. Reported damage included collapsed sections of the roof, cracked walls, shattered windows, and a playground damaged by shrapnel. The available reports do not indicate any casualties at the school. The school was subsequently undergoing debris removal and reconstruction work.

Strike on MAPNA Desalination Plant, Qeshm Island

On the night of March 6–7, 2026, a US airstrike launched from the Jufair military base in Bahrain destroyed the MAPNA desalination plant on Qeshm Island, cutting off drinking water to approximately 25–30 villages. Iran's Foreign Minister called the attack "a blatant and desperate crime." The UN and international water experts warned the strike set a dangerous precedent for civilian water infrastructure across the Persian Gulf region.

Strike on a Residential Building, Iran Street, Tehran

On March 6, 2026, U.S. and Israeli forces reportedly struck a residential area on Iran Street in Tehran. Tasnim, as reproduced by Entekhab, reported that the attack targeted a residential home in the area. KhabarOnline published photographs showing damaged residential buildings and reported that several homes were destroyed while others sustained damage following the airstrikes.

A residential building on the 4th Alley off Kargar Street, near Imam Khomeini Square in Qom, was struck at 15:57 on 6 March 2026. Two civilians were reported killed. On March 6, 2026, a residential home on Kargar Street near Imam Square in Qom was struck in an attack by U.S.-Israeli forces. Two people were killed in the attack.

Airstrike on Anti-Narcotics Police Building, Zanjan Street, Tehran

A pre-noon airstrike hit an anti-narcotics police building on Zanjan Street in Tehran, damaging the adjacent Shahid Abbas Rased (Yas) elementary school and neighboring residential buildings. Two people were killed.

Airstrikes on Civilian Populated Area, Robat-Karim

Airstrikes on Robat-Karim county, Tehran province, killed three people and injured 56 others, a significant number of whom were civilians waiting in a bakery bread line. The same wave of strikes hit three schools injuring caretaker families present on school grounds at the time.
