Strike Near a Hospital, Salas-e Babajani

At approximately 10:00 a.m. on March 3, 2026, the Salas-e Babajani field hospital in Kermanshah Province was struck in attacks attributed by Iranian sources to U.S. and Israeli forces. IRNA reported that the hospital was completely destroyed following the attack and that patients had been evacuated before the strike. Patients, particularly those undergoing dialysis, were subsequently transferred to Javanrud Hospital.

The field hospital provided emergency care, dialysis, and inpatient services, including internal medicine and pediatric wards. According to the head of the county's health network, a number of patients and members of the public were injured in the attack.
