Strike on Airport Facilities, Semnan

Mahmoud Qodrati, Semnan province's security and law enforcement director-general, confirmed a security incident at Semnan's Shohada Airport, stating that a side hangar was struck in pre-dawn airstrikes and that part of the main terminal building's windows were shattered. He said the incident caused no injuries to staff or passengers, noting the strike occurred in the early morning hours while the terminal was quiet, and that assessment teams had arrived on-site to begin damage evaluation. State broadcaster IRIB separately confirmed no casualties. Provincial officials additionally stated that residential areas in Semnan province's cities and villages were not targeted in this wave and that no civilian casualties resulted, and urged the public to disregard rumors from unofficial channels pending official confirmation.
