Strike Near Shahid Motahari Hospital (March 2026), Tehran

On March 1, 2026, a series of missile attacks affected the area around three nearby hospitals in Tehran: Khatam al-Anbia, Motahari, and Valiasr. Motahari Hospital was among the medical facilities affected during the attacks.
A section of the hospital's wall was destroyed, while shrapnel damaged the hospital's medicine storage area, morgue, drivers' room, and other sections of the facility. The hospital had been evacuated before the attack, and patients were transferred to Hazrat Fatemeh Hospital, where beds, some hospital staff, and equipment were made available for their continued treatment. According to the hospital's director, no patients or medical staff were killed in the attack
