Strike Near Ameneh Nursery, Tehran

According to Iranian media reports, Ameneh Nursery in Tehran was damaged during attacks on March 1, 2026. The blast wave damaged parts of the facility. A subsequent account by Iran’s State Welfare Organization said that parts of the walls, ceilings, and windows at welfare facilities in Tehran were damaged by blast waves, with similar damage reported at Ameneh Nursery.

The nursery housed infants and young children under the care of the State Welfare Organization. Reports published during the conflict also indicate that the children at Ameneh Nursery were evacuated to safer locations amid the attacks.
