Strike in Zibashahr Camp, including an EMS Station, Shiraz

On the evening of March 5, 2026, the Zibashahr area of Shiraz, Fars Province, was struck in U.S.-Israeli airstrikes.

According to ISNA, an emergency medical base in the Zibashahr area was destroyed in the attack. The Fars Emergency Medical Center said that two emergency medical specialists who were providing services in the area at the time were severely injured. ISNA also reported that witnesses present in the area said several municipal employees and emergency and rescue personnel were killed, but noted that information about other casualties was not yet available. Search and rescue operations were still underway when the report was published.

IRNA's photographic report described damage to the Zibashahr area following the airstrikes, reporting the destruction of administrative and residential buildings as well as commercial units.
