Strike on a Residential Building, Khizab Village, Khomein

On March 13, 2026, U.S.-Israeli forces carried out an airstrike on a residential home in Khizab village, approximately 35 kilometers from Khomein in Markazi Province.

According to the deputy governor of Markazi Province, six residents were killed and seven others were injured in the attack. The injured were immediately transferred to medical facilities by emergency responders. One additional person was reported missing, and search operations were continuing at the time of the report.

The attack destroyed one residential unit. The reports identify the location as Khizab village in Khomein County, Markazi Province, and describe the affected property as a rural residential home. They do not identify any military or other non-civilian target at or immediately adjacent to the house.
