Airstrike on Residential Buildings in Shahrak-e-Muhammad-Rasool-Allah, Ahvaz

At approximately 12:30 p.m. on March 12, 2026, U.S.-Israeli forces carried out an airstrike on residential homes in the Golestan neighborhood of Ahvaz, Khuzestan Province. The attack destroyed several residential units and killed two civilians and injured five others.

The attack also caused serious damage to Bustan Hospital, located on the Golestan coastal road. The hospital was being used to care for patients with mental health conditions affected by the war.
