Description
At approximately 3:30 a.m. on March 10, 2026, a missile strike hit residential buildings in Azadegan Town, Zanjan, Iran, during U.S.-Israeli attacks on Iran. According to the Deputy Governor of Zanjan for Political, Security and Social Affairs, the strike killed two women and injured a 12-year-old girl, who was transported to a medical center by emergency responders. A further 19 people were injured and received outpatient treatment.
The strike caused damage to residential buildings and several vehicles in the area. Debris-removal operations were conducted at the site, including the recovery and transfer of the bodies of those killed.
