Attack on the welfare building and Arbaeen headquarters, Qasr-e-Shirin

On the first day of the war, at the Khosravi border in Kermanshah, Israel targeted civilian welfare buildings and the Arbaeen headquarters, killing one and wounding 24. The deceased was a civilian employee of the welfare organization. No prior warning was given

In this attack, the welfare building was completely destroyed, the innocent life of martyr Faramarz Hazrati was taken, and one of the hardworking workers of the center, Kiomars Sadeghi, was severely injured and became a veteran; a tragedy that not only wounded the families of these loved ones but also the public opinion of the country. This crime took place while, according to Article 18 of the Fourth Geneva Convention, attacks on civilian, medical, and social service facilities are prohibited under any circumstances in armed conflicts.
