Airstrike on Residential Tower, Andarzgoo Boulevard — Qeytariyeh District

In the pre-dawn hours of 13 June 2025 — around 02:45–03:11 local time — Israeli forces struck a residential tower on Andarzgoo Boulevard in Tehran's Qeytariyeh district as part of the broader Operation Rising Lion assault on over 100 targets across Iran. The building struck was a civilian residential complex. At least one confirmed civilian, Sina Soleimani — a stock market analyst with no known military affiliation — was killed in the strike, according to Iranian state-affiliated Tehran Times and the Tirdadname news outlet. Andarzgoo Boulevard was among the northern Tehran residential neighborhoods listed by Iranian state TV (Khabar Network) among confirmed strike locations on 13 June. No prior warning was issued to residents in Andarzgoo or Qeytariyeh. The International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH) condemned Israeli strikes on densely populated residential areas as lacking legal basis under Article 51 of the UN Charter.
