Their story
Homayoun lost the sight in one of his eyes in year 2016 due to an accident. He was killed along with his younger brother, Maziar, in the American attack on Kahoorestan Bridge. Homayoun was 32 years old, and his younger brother, Maziar, was 11 years old. On the afternoon of the day of the incident, Maziar—the younger brother—had asked Homayoun to take him to the village’s hot spring for recreation. At around 10:30 PM, both brothers, riding in Homayoun’s car on Kehvarastan Bridge, were killed by the impact of missiles.
